• On 1 November 2004, the following schools were handed over  to LGBR/USAID after completion by PRB. Jarqala twelve class rooms in Belchirag district of Faryab province. Dehmeran 8 class rooms school in Belchirag, Faryab. Dera Shakh eight class rooms school in Belchirag, Faryab. 

•   On 8  November 2004, PRB has signed the agreement  of two projects with the Japan Embassy in Kabul. The projects are construction of a school in Balkh and procurement of chair and table for the four on-going projects funded by the Japan Embassy in districts of Balkh province.  

•   On 9 November 2004, PRB has started, the distribution of improved wheat seed and fertilizer to the farmers  in the  twenty-one   disticts of four  provinces : Balkh, Juzjan, Ser-i- Pul and Faryab.

•  In early November 2004, PRB has completed monitoirng of VFUs( Veterinary Field Unit) in the province of Takar.

•  On 10  November 2004,PRB has started Microcredit Program in Andkhi district of Faryab Privince. Fifteen  women have been selected and provided with  carpet making woolen yarn.

• On 15 November 2004, computer training program  and English courses are inculded in the curriculum of PRB 's Women Devlopment Program in the centers Chardi and Char Qala, Kabul.
