Vision

PRB is committed to supporting and facilitating the efforts of the people of Afghanistan to rebuild their country and attain & realize their basic human rights irrespective of religion, ethnicity, group, party affiliation, creed and gender. The organization supports the sustainable return and resettlement of refugees as well as internally displaced persons. It seeks to facilitate this by improving economic opportunities in order to build livelihood security.

PRB is committed, in cooperation with other agencies, to providing basic social safety nets that will safeguard the lives of the most vulnerable in the society. The agency believes in striving to deliver accountable and sustainable aid efficiently, effectively and transparently. PRB endeavors to integrate the issues of participation, gender, the environment and peace building into the design and implementation of its projects.
